  • minced pork and beef500 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • parsley20 g
  • cinnamon0.5 tsp
  • olive oil2 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • lemon1 pcs

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and parsley.

Mix the mince with onion, parsley, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.

Knead well and shape small sausages or patties.
