- milk300 ml
- beef tripe600 g
- salt1 to taste
- butter30 g
- broth500 ml

Rinse the beef tripe thoroughly and boil until tender, then cut into strips.

Return the tripe to the broth, add milk, and bring to a gentle simmer.

Crush the garlic with vinegar for the serving condiment.

Warm butter or a little fat with paprika in a pan for 20 seconds.

Add the paprika mixture to the soup, season with salt, and simmer for 5 minutes.
