Ingredients
- dates200 g
- flour200 g
- egg2 pcs
- brown sugar150 g
- butter100 g
- cream200 ml
- baking soda1 tsp
- water500 ml
Instructions

Soak dates in boiling water with baking soda for 10 minutes, then chop or blend.

Beat butter with some sugar and add eggs.

Mix in flour and the date mixture.

Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.

For the sauce, heat cream, butter, and brown sugar into a thick toffee.
