Cold Bulgarian yogurt soup with cucumber, dill, and walnuts

Ingredients

  • plain yogurt200 g
  • cucumber2 pcs
  • garlic3 cloves
  • dill20 g
  • olive oil2 tbsp
  • walnuts50 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • water500 ml

Instructions

Grate or finely dice the cucumber.

Crush the garlic with a pinch of salt and chop the dill.

Mix the plain yogurt with cucumber, garlic, dill, and olive oil.

Add a little cold water if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Chill the soup for 20-30 minutes.
